Philosophy & Principles
Design customized fitness programs based on your individual
needs and goals. We use our enrollment profile (including
fitness goals, available fitness equipment, work schedule, likes
and dislikes, current exercise regimen, medical history, etc.) to
create your workout.
Provide the motivation and guidance that is necessary
for a fitness program to be successful. We are all different; some
of us like on-going feedback, and some of us need a good push to
get us going... we all need a little help along the way...
Create programs based on your location and training equipment.
No need to spend your hard earned money on expensive fitness equipment.
We bring our own fitness equipment to sessions, and design exercise
programs based on using every day objects at hand, for example,
a table, a chair, your steps. This provides greater flexibility,
and means the training can be carried out anywhere, anytime. We
work with what you have because you can get a good workout anywhere,
with just the items you have around your office, house or the local
park.
Provide a comprehensive training program. We know
the importance of all the components of good fitness. We provide
you with ongoing guidance and direction. It is not just about what
you do, but how you do it. Work smarter, not harder. Carrying out
exercises correctly can enhance the effectiveness of the exercise,
decrease the risk of injury. We design each program based on individual
needs, lifestyle and goals to ensure that each client is working
out using exercises that are most efficient for them.
Achieveable. Many fitness and weight loss programs
promise unachievable results and expect you to workout all the time.
But, it is important to ensure any program is practical and achievable.
If there's something you don't like about your fitness plan or decide
your fitness goal priorities have changed, then we'll work with
you to re-design your exercise program.
