A program that focuses on building strength and endurance to support the requirements of individual sports

     

Targeted health issues

A program that targets fitness to assist with specific health issues, for example, back pain, asthma, heart conditions, surgery recovery, injury rehabilitation.

     

Stress management

A program that targets easing stress, incorporating a range of activities and stretching. A favourite is boxing, there is no better stress relief than hitting something – learn to do it safely and effectively.
