A few people of commented that I need to include some photos of
myself on this site.
So Mike Becker kindly agreed to have some photos taken during our
training session, with Jan his wife a willing accomplice in control
of the camera. Some of the better shots are shown below...
I train Jan and Mike Becker at their home, using a combination
of fit ball, weights including a bench press, core exercises, and
boxing.
