Rest and recovery is just as important as training. Having a break
between training sessions gives your body time to recover, build
new muscle materials, and reduce the risk of joint and repetitive
injury strains.
It is more effective to have less frequent, more intense workouts
followed by rest periods, than to have short, frequent and less
intense exercise programs.
Common training mistakes include training too long, too often,
